About Amelia Underwood

Proudly Serving the River Valley

As a multigenerational member of the River Valley community, I have a deep appreciation for the people, families, and communities that make this area home.

I am a graduate of Russellville High School and Arkansas Tech University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. My education, combined with my professional experience, has given me a unique understanding of land, property, and the importance of knowing the details behind a transaction.

While in school and after graduation, I spent 13 years researching land records in courthouses and online, determining surface and mineral ownership. For the past 6½ years, I have worked as a property management assistant, real estate closing assistant, and broker assistant, gaining valuable hands-on experience in many aspects of the real estate industry.

I have now taken the next step in my career by becoming a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arkansas.
